Whats that? you want a training update while I'm at it?:
Sat: Hike/ trail run (1.5 hour hike with ~20+ minutes of running)
Sun: run
Mon: 0
tues: lunch ride + 3 mile run
Wed:
Thurs: Trail run(~50 minutes)
Fri: Trail run (~45 min)
Hmmm... Doesn't really look like a bike racers blog these does it? Either that will change or it wont, but one thing is for sure when I know so will you.
