So I took a little over a week off to rest my Ibial-tibial band... Its the muscle that wraps the gluts then comes down the outside of your leg and then wraps and connects to the knee.
During my rest period I got in some great swimming workouts at Los Banos and got off on the right track at city college. I'm currently taking the prerequisites for Chiropractic school. I have aspirations of becoming a Dr. of Chiropractor and working in sorts medicine. Its exiting to be back in school. The energy is amazing.
speaking of school I'm currently trying to form a city college cycling club and figuring out how to go about racing in the collegiate circuit.
If anyone knows of any faculty at SBCC or students who ride please let me know. chestergillmore@gmail.com 760 902 0546
I've decided against Everest although I did get back on bike this week. I have a six week training program that I've implemented with the help and generosity of the Santa Barbara cycling community in particular some guys from the bike barn team. The goal is follow the plan for about 6 weeks... Test... and then alter the plan as needed. I'm supper stoked and hope I have the discipline to follow through.
Other than that life is good and there is great energy out there on the hills with everyone ramping up for the Everest Challenge.

Chiropracty sounds like a good fit. When you were looking for ways to make $, I was gonna suggest being a masseus. It seemed like you. But I haven't seen you in, like, forever!
