If I can break 16, form is decent enough to race generally speaking.
So the real question is how long will it take make 20 percent gain in form. Bare in mind I will be putting forth absolutely minimum effort?
One way would be to ask Marco.
Another way would be to attempt to make this happen and post weekly updates on time and training etc.
I think we will go with the latter.
