Training 5-9 to 5/14

Monday: 24 miles easy
Tuesday: Lunch Time Hammer fest (operation fake D-day)
Wed: 1.5 hr SST
Th:1.5 hr SST
F: 1.5 hr SST
S: 1 hr Mtn Bike, Elings
S: 1 hr Mtn Bike, Elings

Training was put on the back burner a little this week. It turned into a quasi recovery week, unintentionally. Although I don't believe anything is truly unintentional so I ran with it. I think I was still carrying a lot of fatigue from the past weekend. This week my goal will to do another build week and continue to ramp up training for a strong June and July of solid racing.
