Please note this is not a Gory video in the slightest. There is no massive slaughter or bloodshed. Only fear. I ask if this is how you would want your dog or house pet to spend the last few minutes of his or her life and take a moment to realize that the greatest change and impact we can have in the world is by the actions we take on a daily basis.

This really struck a cord with me. It all comes down to compassion, I think. Compassion for ourselves and our own bodies, for each other, and for the animals who spend their last moments like this. The hopeful thing is that things do not have to be the way they are. There is another way...
Mid-November will mark my one year anniverary as a vegan. Without a doubt, it's one of the best things I've ever done for myself. Simple actions, taken daily, are often the best way to help manifest a more just and peaceful world.

I think there is a lot of hope in your statement "things do not have to be the way they are".
The reality that most people do not realize is that even "Happy Cows" spend there last moments in a slaughter house like this. I refuse to accept this as a viable option for a source of food. Nothing deserves to spend their last minutes on earth subjected to this sort of torture.
