I really think that is my favorite time of day. There is something prehistoric about it. If it were up to me I would shift all of my evening commitments up about an hour or 2 so I could be in bed by 8 every single day... that would be a dream.
Not much else to report other then it feels like I should start riding a little more... November is almost here I have have been starting to feel a mild depression setting on. Same thing happened last year around this time... Perhaps our bodies get so accustomed to the amount of endorphins from all the training that when we cut down or reduce the level of exercise it is almost like our bodies are going through withdrawals... or not. Whatever.
