Monday- 2 hrs, recovery ride
Tuesday- 2 hrs, Lunch time hammerfest + SST
Wednesday-4 hrs, OSM + PC + HR + SST
Thursday- 2 hrs, OSM + SST
Friday- 1 hrs, Recovery
Saturday- 5.5 hrs, Lake ride + a little extra
Sunday- 3 hrs, Worlds + Torro + Ladera + Mountain
Total Ride Time: 18.5 hours
I went rogue (aka off schedule) on Wednesday, which was suppose to be a shorter FTP stair step interval work out and instead dug myself into a little ol' hole. As a result Fridays high tempo ride turned into a short recovery ride. Note to self: stick to the training plan, listen to coach J ;)
I have the whole first part of the season all scheduled out and approved by Caitlin (the most important part). Should be fun... I can get in about 17 good races before the Wedding.
Training is fun, I am super motivated for the upcoming season, and FTP is on the rise...

u beat my ass to the line 3 times, so it the delta training must not have impacted your performance too bad, but hey I am just a cat 5 old guy...
