Highlight of the last two weeks was riding in Cambria- ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS up there.
It has been a slow boat to china getting back into the groove of riding every day. Finding the motivation to suffer has been even harder. It is almost like the mind is what needs the most training-
So my plan: Train the mind and let the body follow.
Jason is letting me ride his spare power meter again this year- That will help a great deal with specificity in training and with my busy schedule it will help me get the most out of my time. I'll probably do a MAP test some time in the near future to help determine training zones...
