Tuesday: 25 minute run
Wed: 22 minute run
Thurs: OSM (High 17's and I literally felt like I was dieing)
Fri: 27 minute run
Sat: Echelon Ride + el Cap (3hours 6 minutes)
Sun: Worlds
I have been enjoying running this week and while it hasn't been anything fantastic I have been playing it smart, keeping the runs short and easy, doing my stretches and hip strength exercises.
Also, I have started learning German (This is going to be sooo freakin sweet!)
