Frustrated Panda

Well I am finally starting to feel a little better. I am still in agonizing pain at night, but the wounds are starting to heal. Most of my elbow, knee, and back are pretty much pink, and the welt on my hip seems half the size.

I rode once this week for 45 minutes. It was right after I noticed a crack in frame right above the weld where the head tube meets the top tube.

So while I'm waiting for specialized to come through with a new frame some team mates have come through with some aid.

However, despite the plethora of Frames in Caitlin's kitchen, not one ride-able bike at this point. I was hoping to make the 8 am Roco ride tomorrow but that just is not going to happen. The missing component at this point is a rear derailleur cable.

So the plan is going to change from Roco ride to sleep in, ride to a bike shop, pick up a cable, install the cable, ride to OSM, do 6 repeats, ride home, take shower, eat 10 pounds of pasta, turn on computer, ace my literature final, take nap, watch a movie, eat a bag of platinum granular, hang with fam, watch some semblance of sanity return on account of my being able to ride a bike, watch tour de france, go to bed, dream about racing bicycles, wake up, go to worlds, take the 192 back to OSM for more repeaters, come home, take a shower and then have a root beer in celebration of yet another successful semester of school completed... Mmmm add a good cup of coffee here and there and THAT sounds like a good dose of Alll- RIGHT~!
