Well training this week has been off to a slow start.
Monday my rear derailer cable broke. That was the problem I was having at Orosi... My cable frayed and then the tension was all out of wack.
Tuesday I did a couple intervals up SeaRanch road in Hope Ranch. That little hill is now my arch rival. Its a beast of a hill to do repeats. Shots out to The Cookie Monster for the rock solid Intel,
Wednesday Gary and I did repeats up his driveway- The plan was to do ten but Gary was feellin the fatigue of a solid block of training and we decided to call it quits at 6... Plus it was pouring.
Today Im in Palm Springs to celebrate my birth into this world with the Fam. I turned 23 yesterday. I'll be here all weekend... Today i will probably spin easy and tomorrow ride up to Idyllwild.
I have some super top secret plans this weekend so if things go according to plan there should be some exciting up dates to the blog... Stay tuned.

Thanks for the ride and friendship. It was great to ride with you again after too many years. Let's make sure we spend more time together like that. And thanks for waiting for me after the decent off of Keen camp Summit.
