Training this past week:
Tues: Lunch ride with da boys.
Wed: Crit Practice.
Thurs: Sea Ranch Road Intervals with Z-pack (I think we only did 5, next week we'll do 8)
Fri: spun easy to and from work
Sat: Daily Grind Echelon ride in the AM- Bikram Yoga in the evening.
Today Im heading down to Torrance with Z pack to race a crit. The plan is to stay close enough to the front to avoid the Yo-Yo, but far enough back to not do any work... move up with 5 to go and then... UNLEASH THE BEAST-- AWWW YEAH.
