According to power data Im a little bit behind where Coach J would like me be to be for a taper around mid April. Right now my CTL is around 65- 70 so the idea is going to ramp up the training loads (not necessarily distance) until I reach a CTL of around 100, maintain that for two weeks, then a taper and BOOM! Hit sea otter in top form and try to maintain that through the District Championships. Then I suppose theres a recovery period and then build again I guess. So I have my work cut out for me over the next few weeks. =)
