Tuesday and Wed rides

Tuesday headed up gibralter with the echelon gang. I didnt stick around though just the acent up to ECC then back to Cait's house.

We walked into town had a nice breakfast did a little shopping and then I had to go into work. For those who dont know I just recently got a job at Palazzios down town. Its a great restaurant to work at- Super Busy.

Today I rode up OSM and the first part of Painted cave then out to bicycle bobs in Goleta where I had to pick up a couple items and then home via Holister and the bike back. Most of my ride I tried to keep between 210 and 270 watts however me and Ed got to chatting which lead to my slacking off.

Tomorrow the folks head into to town so I'm hoping to get out for some early threshold intervals.
