Headed out today for some 3 x 15min intervals above threshold along the 192.
It was a great ride. I seem to have a knack for finding the sunshine when its threatening and overcast because the sun was shinning for 90 percent of my ride.
It was hard effort today. I'm looking forward to tomorrows recovery ride.
