Yesterday turned out to be a pretty killer day. Got about a three hour ride in with the Mom. We ended up at OSM at around 1230 so I took her up with a bunch of the guys. She did great and made it all the way to the top. My mom is a trooper. She had told me she wanted to go out fro about an hour and a half and we ended up riding over 3 hours. Then went to night moves and dispite going out to fast and my lung and chest muscles spasming managed to hold just about 640 minute miles... I need to start running more.
I think I pushed it a little to hard however.
I woke up this morning for work at 5:00 and my clothes were drenched and I was running a fever.
Needless to say I've been in bed just about all day.
I missed osm today and the thursday evening ride as well...
I like those rides but my bodies been telling me to cool it latley.
gotta listen to the body sometimes.
