Training

Mon: 2.5 hours: Climbed the Gib, then headed to the dreaded Sea Ranch
Tues: 50 minutes easy spin to work
Wed: Run up Jesusita in AM. Big Gear intervals in HR in evening
Thursday: OSM: 16:20
Fri: Raquet ball
Sat: OSM repeaters (bad legs)
Sun: Worlds, plus torro, Romera, mtn, Gibralter (to the no shooting sign) - Need more watts
