OSM

Got out at lunch today and rode OSM. (Old San Marcos Pass)

It was rather uneventful. Small Group, lethargic pace.

Gary was the first up which is how you know it was a really really really really slow day.

Felt good to ride hard at lunch... feel my heart beating in my head I think I had a time around 22 minutes and it felt harder then a sub 15.

I am starting to get really excited about next year. We have an incredible team with a lot of talent and experience and will be wreaking havoc in the California peloton.

I was suppose to provide an update by last Sunday on my 100 item challenge. I have yet to do this so I will commit to having this done by this Sunday.

If you are still reading this blog I think you should stop and ask yourself what you are doing with your life.

Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly
because we have virtue or excellence, but we rather have those because we have
acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but
a habit.

I did 18:40 so you couldn't have done 22... probably more like sub-17 considering how early you were out of sight...

Gary's PR right now it somewhere around 21 minutes... and I finished behind him so that is where my estimation came from.
