It hurt... a lot... But it was a lot of fun.
Zack attack went 2 for 3 and if I would have stayed on the gas another 100 meters he would have been 3 for 3.
The Hammer even made an appearance last Tuesday.
I think it is good to stay somewhat connected to speed in the off season. I am going to commit to riding at least two group rides a week and then my commuter miles for the next month or so.
I am writing this from my sisters living room on the south side of Atlanta. It is really nice to see her and spend some time in her not so new environment. She lives with her boyfriend on two acres. It is a really nice piece of land. We drove through some nice parts of the city and some not so nice parts of the city. We also ate what was the GREATEST THAI FOOD OF ALL TIME. I only wish I had my camera so I could have snapped a photo of it... but that photo in no way could do justice to the tantalizing titillating excitement that my taste buds experienced during that 20 minute chow sesh. Food is also a lot cheaper out here. We spent less for 3 then it would have cost us for 2 back in Santa Barbara. The service was also a lot better...
Hmmmm makes you think.
No real exercise today due to travel etc. I did not bring my bike with me but I expect to get in some good runs while I am here.
