1/19- 1.75 hr, recovery ride
1/20- 1.6 hr, 20 min power testing (all out)
1/21- 1.75 hr, 5 min power testing (all out)
1/22- 0 hr, Rained out
1/23- 2 hr, SST in the rain
1/24- 2.5 hr, team ride in the valley (more rain)
1/25- 2.5 hr, Sunday worlds
Total ride time = 12.1
Reset Training levels this week due to increase in FTP, lots of good hard man training in the rain.

1/26- .75 hr, Recovery ride
1/27- 2 hr, 3 sets of 2min on/ 2 min off intervals with 5 min rest between (Only finished 2 sets)
1/28- 1 hr, 20 min all out
1/29- 2 hr, 3 sets of 2min on/ 2 min off intervals with 5 min rest between (Only finished 1 set)
1/30- 1.5 hr, race activation
1/31- 3 hr, Poor Kids College RR (11th place finish)
2/1- 3.5 hr, Mothballs Cat 3 (9th)/ P123 (pack)
Total ride time - 13.75
Felt good to get out and race- I had a blast both days. This year is going to be even more fun then last year, I can hardly wait.
