apologies

I posted a blog earlier this week that is gone now. In it I mentioned a bad experience that I had in a local bike shop. I was speaking out of anger and frustration, looking at the situation from only one perspective. In retrospect bagging on a local business in a "public" forum was absolutely inappropriate. I have removed the post and wanted to make clear to everyone who read it that the bike shop I mentioned has been nothing but 120% helpful in all my other visits. In fact they have gone above and beyond and normally provide killer service. I blew the situation way out of proportion, it really wasn't that big a deal and the bottom line is they got me back on the road in 5 minutes... when you think about it, there is not really a price you can put on that kind of service. If I gave anyone who reads this blog a bad impression of the Shop I am sorry and I would like everyone to know that I will be giving them my buisness in the future. The Owner is a great dude who does a lot to help out local bike racing in the Santa Barbara area.
