Leads me to pose the question WTF?
I had a run in with the Santa Barbara Transit authorities when a bus ran me right off the road. I was commuting from school back to Caitlin's house on Chapala street. I was crossing underneath the 101 on castillo street in the bike the lane. The buss zoomed by pushing me into the curb where I leaped off my bike least I be crushed. My centurion was alright, I was alright. I immediately followed the buss got the number and called MTA. They were real nice apologized a bunch of times told me they would bring in the driver for retraining. I got several follow up calls as well as a letter of apology. I was really impressed with how they handled the situation.
LA transit could learn something from Good 'ol SB huh?
More reason for organised Yodel rides to promote and advocate for cyclists rights. (Im lookin at you steve)
