I had a job interview this morning in Goleta so I put on my slacks, rolled them above my knees. Put on a white undershirt. carefully folded my dress shirt and tie and placed them in a zip lock bag in my back pack. Threw some deodorant and Cologne in a separate container in my back back and started the 7.8 mile ride on my Le mans RS Centurion. Tried my best not to sweat but you all know how it is. I got to the place of interview, locked up my bike and tried to scurry into the bathroom with out anyone really noticing. I cleaned up in about 3 minutes, had a great interview, and then repeated the process in reverse to come home. I guess the whole point of this blog would be my thoughts on the way home. Genuinely happy to be doing my part to help out good old mother earth and keep traffic congestion and pollution to a minimum and got an extra 15 miles in the legs to boot. Cycling is more than just a sport. Its a way a life, and one I'm happy to take part in.
Happy Riding
